Sales Team Management

A start-up client in the area of energy storage needed support to manage and structure its sales team.

SaTeCo analyzed the customer structure and the sales team responsibilities were regrouped, key account management introduced and a distributor strategy worked out. After a series of workshops, involving other interfacing elements of the company, the whole customer journey starting from customer acquisition to internal and after sales has been optimized and reorganized.
